Rick Grant has been producing and baking Gluten Free products for over 37 years.
Rick Grant started baking Gluten Free products as his wife Rhonda was diagnosed Coeliac in 1984, long before many people ever heard of Coeliac disease. Since that time Rick opened and operated 3 Uncle Ricks Coeliac Heaven Bakeries and also has been instrumental in the development of many gluten free food products in the market place today. Rick now has a range of Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Mixes that have become household staples for many customers Australia wide!
